FCRM Program Information

FCRM 2.0

The FCRM 2.0 was established in 2022 to formalize the process of becoming a Florida Certified Records Manager (FCRM). The FCRM 2.0 is obtained by applying for and passing the FCRM Exam with at least a 70%. To maintain the certification, all FCRMs are required to earn at least 36 continuing education units (CEUs) within a five year period, beginning at their certification date. 2026 FCRM Application & Application Fee

The 2026 Application Submittal period closed on April 21, 2026.  The FCRM Committee is currently reviewing all applications received during the application period.  If you submitted an application, you will be updated shortly. 

The exam will take place on May 19, 2026.
