Room Rates:

Deluxe or Executive Suites: $169.00 per night

One Bedroom: $189.00 per night

Two Bedroom: $299.00 per night

The resort fee is INCLUDED in the above rates. For reservations booked outside of the FRMA group, the resort fee is $35.00 per night. If you see a lower rate than the FRMA rate elsewhere, remember that a $35.00 per night resort fee will be added to it, while the resort fee is already included in the FRMA rates.

• FRMA rates include: self-parking, use of fitness center, in-room internet access, on property shuttle transportation, in-room newspaper delivery, local and toll free phone calls, in-room coffee service, scheduled beach shuttle transportation, 24-hour gated security, use of the nature preserve, miniature golf, volleyball, basketball, and six swimming pools.
• A 1-night deposit will be required at the time of booking.
• Booking deadline is June 28, 2021. However, rooms can sell out prior to the deadline
• Hotel cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the 1-night deposit.
• For tax exemption, a tax-exempt certificate must be presented at check in. Per State requirements, the name on the form of payment (check or credit card) must match the organization name on the tax-exempt form.
• Hotel rate is for single or double occupancy. Additional occupants 18 years of age and older will be subject to an additional $20.00 per person per night.
• The group rate is available three days pre- and post- conference for extended stays (based on room availability).
• A 1-night room charge will be imposed for early check out.
• FRMA attendees who are registered guests of the resort receive a 10% discount at resort retail outlets.
• A suggested gratuity of $3.00 per room, per night for attendant gratuity and a one-time round trip porterage charge of $8.00 per attendee is at the discretion of all guests.
