  • Group booking phone number and booking link will be posted when registration opens in February 2020.
  • Room type is Run of House.
  • Hotel rate is for single or double occupancy. Triple and Quad occupancy will be at a rate of $149 and $159, respectively.
  • A 1-night deposit will be required at the time of booking.
  • Hotel cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid forfeiture of the 1-night deposit.
  • Check in is at 4PM. Check out is at 11am.
  • For tax exemption, a tax-exempt certificate must be presented at check in. Per State requirements, the name on the form of payment (check or credit card) must match the organization name on the tax-exempt form.
  • Resort fee is included in the room rate.
  • Self-parking is complimentary for FRMA guests staying overnight. Self-parking for day guests is $5.00 per day. Valet parking is $24.00 per day for all guests.
  • A 1-night room charge will be imposed for early check out.
  • Late checkouts (up to 3PM) are based on availability and will incur a $75.00 fee.
  • FRMA attendees who are registered guests of the resort receive a 10% discount at hotel outlets and spa.
  • The group rate is available three days pre- and post- conference for extended stays (based on room availability).
